Great Laptop at a Super low Price!!!

The Asus A53E-AS51 is a great pc for your average user. It comes fully loaded with 750 GB hard drive, 6 GB memory and an i5-2450M processor. At $599.99 it is a steal for comparable laptops with these same specs would cost another $50-$100. Asus ranks #1 in terms of reliability just slightly ahead of Toshiba and even ahead of Apple. If you are looking for a new laptop definitely consider this one for I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone. The one negative would be sound quality, have to turn volume way up to get the quality I expect at a lower setting.

Good Buy

It's a great buy. Everything is as it says. The only thing is I wish asus would release more specs. I was surprised by two things: the LACK of bluetooth, and the inclusion of usb 3.0. So I bought a dongle. Other than that it's a great computer, but if bluetooth is a must then you need to pick up a dongle.

First, this laptop has an i5-2450 processor...the amazon specs say i5 and i3 for some reason....also this laptop does have usb 3.0....this thing looks great and runs great...for the price paid it is a steal....the keyboard is slightly flimsy, nothing to really complain about, but if i had a complaint, that would be it.....comes with 6 gigs memory, which i upgraded to 8...the processor can handle anything the average user can throw at it....what else can i say...
