Love it

I can only speak for the few days that I have had the HP Envy Ultrabook but so far I love it. I like the Windows 7 and it was very easy to set up. I was working within 30 minutes of receipt. It is very quiet and sleek. I am by no means a technie so I can only speak from an amateur's perspective. It is very light weight and attractive. I do not use the track pad as I prefer a mouse but the few times that I did it was smooth and exact. I love the lighted keyboard and I really love how it types-it is so smooth. As for the battery life I would say that it lasts approximately 5 - 5 1/2 hours. All in all I would purchase this again. I do wish it had a CD/DVD but I'll just have to purchase an external one. I had been researching laptops for several weeks. I knew that I wanted an ultrabook and was hoping to purchase a Lenovo but they were much more expensive than this HP. My regular laptop and netbook are both HP's and they have been very good so I went with the Envy. In my humble opinion I think that it is a good purchase.
