Its a winner

I have this laptop less then 2 months. The offset touchpad takes getting used to. The full keyboard the separate number pad and the multi-touch pad are all easy to use. The look of the laptop is very nice they designed it so the case doesn't pick up fingerprints and smudges. It didn't come packed with a lot of useless bloat ware. This machine is fast and it can be upgraded to 8GB of RAM really cheaply. The graphics are excellant. The high def screen is a big plus. It has the ability, with an adapter to push the screen wireless to your high def TV screen at 1080P. The harman/kardon speaker sound great much more then I expected. I purchased a 3 year extended warranty that covers me for accidents water damage broken screen etc and that was cheap too. The machine can handle everything most users can throw at it. It light & easy to carry around. The battery could be better it runs out 2 hours sometimes less. It's well vented which is good because the i7 core produces heat. I am glad they put in a 5400RPM rather then the 7200RPM, the heat issue again. I haven't experienced any problems with this laptop. The machine has all the bells and whistles I can use. I called Toshiba with some questions and I was happy with their customer service which will make or break this purchase because all computer hardware will some day break. This is a well made well supported laptop and I got it at a great price.

This computer is fast, light, and is very portable. The one feature I really like is the TurboBoost which will overclock the computer to 2.9 GHz which will handle games rather well. Along with this, it comes with the basics that you need and not a ton of crapware and preloaded games you can only play a limited times. Graphics for games are exceptional for the fact it's a laptop. I can play Minecraft, GTA IV and Assassin's Creed Revelations on medium-high settings and can play Modern Warfare 3 maxed out. The only problem I have is battery life with normal computer use is about 2 and a half hours. In eco mode, I could probably squeeze about 4- 4 and a half hours but at a compromise of performance. With high performance mode while playing games, I get about an hour to an hour fifteen minutes on battery. Overall I've been really happy with this computer and I have no regrets on getting it.
