ASUS Quality
By Vijay
This is a great product. I have used Dell,HP and IBM notebooks but sorry to say anyone do not match quality like this. ASUS laptop particular this X53E has good ICEcool Pam rest and very attractive screen. You will start loving it in your first look.It has a good battery and it last almost last for 3-4 hours. You can easily figure out that i5 processor with 4 GB RAM ,ALTEC speakers(Good in sound)nice key board big 15.6 screen and with good cooling FAN technology makes this product better than others.ASUS quality wise ranks second in world after Apple.I think this review will help you'll for understanding this product and in your laptop selection process.

great buy
By michelleh
With an i5 processor and Windows 7 (I was not interested in Win-8), this ASUS computer is exactly what we were looking for. So far it has worked fast and efficiently. We are running Rosetta Stone which uses a large bandwidth for internet, and it loads easily. The touchpad is a little sensitive, and has a scrolling function that is annoying, but can be changed. I purchased an ASUS at my last company and they had excellent service. As I grew up in the home of an IT Director, this computer passes all the right tests for me and makes me really excited to keep using it.

Charger Port a PROBLEM
By Penob_Scot
After only three months it stopped charging. The problem is not the jack but the charger port in the laptop. It only charges if you hold it in tight. The second you let go, it's back in battery mode losing charge. I've googled this and now seen others with the same complaint. Normally love ASUS quality - the laptop is otherwise great. I wonder how widespread this is.
