I have had this laptop for about a year now and what I like about this laptop is that it has the 10key keypad.What I don't like:The sound is horrible. I know laptop speakers are not loud but this is unacceptable. I am right handed and the usb ports are in the way if I am using a mouse or when I plug in a flashdrive. I know each laptop is different but the hardrive has crashed 3 times and I have had to send it to Toshiba for repair. It crashed again when I got it back. I'm scared to store anything on it in the event it happens again. I have not been able to make myself "at home" with this laptop.I will do better research on the next one.
