I've had my 2540p for about 2 weeks and it is indeed a great machine.Very well built, very fast in every way, very rich in ports and connections.In fact, it is absolutely perfect, but...IT HAS THE WORST DISPLAY EVER!The reviews on this computer highly understate how bad the display is. 3 words "16 BIT COLOR".I haven't seen that since the 90's and can't imagine why HP went this way on a computer that is not cheap.What? Businessman are all color blind, don't use the computer to see their kids pictures or watch movies?Too bad, it's really a great machine if could care less about color, but I will try to trade it in for an all around inferior Vaio that has a better screen then my wife's $300 netbook.
